Fuel prices come spring

As farmers prepare to head to the fields for spring planting, political unrest in oil producing regions of the Mideast and North Africa, Libya in particular, has caused the price of oil to go up. To get a better handle on what all of this will mean, I talked with Purdue University agricultural economist Dr. Wally Tyner.
