NIAA putting an emphasis on feeding the world

The program at the 2011 National Institute for Animal Agriculture (NIAA) Annual Conference being held in San Antonio, Texas has an emphasis on feeding the world and Nevil Speer, planning committee chair from Western Kentucky University tells Brownfield’s Dave Russell that topics center around the conference theme, “Consumers’ Stake in Today’s Food Production.”
