Christian Krupke, Purdue University Extension entomologist says that while bags of seed corn that mix genetically modified hybrids with and without Bt toxins that kill insects provide producers with easier compliance, Krupke says the verdict is still out whether or not overtime it could hasten resistance to Bt.
