NFU president says it’s time to finalize the GIPSA rule

It’s been one year since the GIPSA livestock marketing rules was proposed—and National Farmers Union president Roger Johnson says the Obama administration needs to act now to implement and enforce the rule.  Johnson hosted a conference call with reporters this week.  Here are his opening comments.
