Using modern ag technologies to feed the world
One of the PORK Academy speakers at the recent World Pork Expo was Rob Aukerman, president of U.S. operations for Elanco Animal Health. Aukerman’s presentation, entitled “Food, Technology and Choice”, focused on how highly efficient food production can feed nine billion people by 2050 through the use of modern agricultural technologies. We had a chance to visit with Aukerman following his presentation.
