Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica opens new Iowa research facility

Boehgringer Ingelheim Vetmedica, Inc. (BIVI) recently held a grand opening for its new livestock vaccine research facility in Sioux Center, Iowa.  It’s one of three BIVI specialized vaccine research facilities in Iowa, with the other two located in Ames and Fort Dodge.  Dr. Jeff Husa, a veterinarian in swine professional services with BIVI, talks about what the new facility means to BIVI and to the swine industry.
