Can sustainable agriculture feed the world?
The University of California at Davis is offering a Bachelor of Science degree in Sustainable Agriculture this year. Tom Tomich is Director of the program; he says the challenge is to grow enough food to feed a growing population today while maintaining an environment so future generations can grow theirs.
