Being in the know about agricultural law

It never hurts to utilize the resources available to farmers to maintain up to date on legal issues that could potentially affect a producer’s operation.  Cheezum, Gerrard and Wood’s Andrew Wood explains how two regulatory issues that will go into effect January 1, 2012 will require farmers to file more paperwork and could be the beginning of a new era for agriculture.  Wood says keeping abreast of issues the agriculture industry faces is always a good idea.
