U.S. soybean export demand is growing

More than half of the soybeans grown in the U.S. are exported to foreign customers. Jim Sutter, CEO of the U.S. Soybean Export Council, says that figure is higher if one counts livestock and meat exports that are raised on soybean meal. He adds that projections indicate exported soybeans will climb to two-thirds the U.S. crop by 2021.
