Nebraska Farm Bureau elects new president

A central Nebraska corn and soybean producer is the new president of Nebraska Farm Bureau.

Steve Nelson of Axtell was elected to the post during the Farm Bureau’s annual meeting in Kearney.  He was one of three candidates vying for the position. 

In an interview prior to the election, we asked Nelson what his top priorities would be as president of the state’s largest farm organization.
