Nebraska cattle feedyard markets own branded beef products

After supplying “natural” beef to the Whole Foods Market grocery chain for many years, Phelps County Feeders of Holdrege, Nebraska is now producing and marketing its own “Nebraska Star Beef” branded beef products.  We discussed the venture with director of sales and marketing Steve Johnson.
