Iowa Farm Bureau applauds passage of bill aimed at activists

The president of Iowa Farm Bureau says he’s pleased with the legislature’s passage of the Agricultural Production Facility Fraud bill.

The bill makes it a crime for individuals to fraudulently gain access to a farm with the intent to cause harm.

Farm Bureau president Craig Hill tells Brownfield it’s about misrepresentation of character and securing the food supply.
