Beck’s Hybrids expands into Kentucky

Beck’s Hybrids announced today that it purchased 150-acres in Henderson, KY to meet the company’s growing expansion.  The site is Beck’s first permanent location in Kentucky and plans for the property include a distribution center, Practical Farm Research studies, operating southern Choice Trials programs, and providing agronomic support.

Sonny Beck, president of Beck’s Hybrids says the long-term investment will allow Beck’s to better deliver the best performing seed products to farmers in Kentucky, Southern Indiana, and Southern Illinois.  The facility is expected to open by the 2013 growing season.
