Seeing the value of safety nets

Across the country, many crop farmers like Terry McClure who farms in Paulding County Ohio, in the Northwest corner of the state are recognizing the value of safety nets. McClure says while this year’s drought is reminiscent of 1988 in many ways, the safety nets in place in 2012 will help some make it through the challenges of a drought.
