Some of farmer’s crop may not see a combine

With some simple scouting, Corn Belt farmers have become all too aware of how far gone their fields are. Sometimes closer inspection reveals a part of the field that worse than what is seen from the road. One Mid-Missouri grower in Audrain County showed Brownfield’s Tom Steever the best of this year’s crop.
