Enhancing consumer confidence in today’s agriculture

The U.S. Farmers and Ranchers Alliance (USFRA) is approaching its two-year anniversary.

The purpose of this fairly new organization, according to USFRA general manager Hugh Whaley, is to “enhance consumer confidence in today’s agriculture.”  He says they are doing that by talking to consumer influencers and opinion leaders around the country.

In a recent interview, we asked Whaley about the biggest concerns that consumers have with their food supply and whether USFRA is “moving the needle” on consumer opinions of agriculture.
