The uncertainty of the weather leaves questions about prices, profits and supplies in 2013. That’s what causes University of Missouri Ag Economist Scott Brown to predict volatility in the coming year. In a recent conversation with Brownfield Ag News, Brown pointed out that 2012 capped three years running of generally below average yields. That causes difficulty in predicting what commodity prices will do.
