Does your horse need to see a chiropractor?

Chiropractic treatment of horses has grown in acceptance over the years.

North Platte, Nebraska veterinarian Roy Schnell has been practicing “equine chiropractic” for the past seven years.   He says many of the horses he treats are performance horses, but he also works on feedlot and ranch horses. 

Although many people are still skeptical about the benefits of chiropractic in both humans and animals, Schnell tells Brownfield his own experience with chiropractic treatment for a back injury made a believer out of him.
