Nebraska’s ag leadership program is in its 32nd year

Nebraska’s ag leadership program—called LEAD—began in 1981.  Since that time, more than 900 Nebraska agriculturalists have gone through the program, including Nebraska’s newest U.S. Senator, Deb Fischer. 

Applications are being accepted for LEAD Group 33.  We visited with Hejny about the application process and what the program has meant for Nebraska agriculture.
