The importance of succession planning

Planning for your farm’s future, or succession planning may be the most important activity a family that wants to maintain the farm into the next generation can do.

To help farmers better understand the succession planning process, the American Soybean Association (ASA) will be holding a series of workshops. Kevin Spafford with Legacy by Design says during the workshop they’ll address some of the challenges families will face along the way.
