A herd of 17 bison that escaped from a southeast Wisconsin farm Saturday are no longer on the loose.

The Kenosha County Sherriff’s Department says 10 of the animals had to be euthanized while the other seven were safely corralled and returned to the farm near the town of Paris.

While some of the bison were seen roaming near county highways, no one was hurt.
