Soybean price drop takes economic toll

University of Missouri analysis shows that every ten-cent drop in soybean prices means a loss of more than $36 million in economic activity. Tom Steever spoke with Brooks Hurst, President, Missouri Soybean Association, who says the economic impact of this summer’s roughly 20 percent drop is tough on his home county and other Missouri counties.  To find out more, visit mosoy.org.
