Extended winter causing transportation concerns

The wet fall followed by a winter of heavy snow is causing concern about inland waterway shipping. Tom Steever spoke to Mike Steenhoek, Executive Director of the Soy Transportation Coalition, who says anticipated high water in the spring also threatens wash-outs on the farm to market roads and railroads that farmers depend on.
