For a Friday, it’s been very hectic for ag policy watchers. The House Ag Committee has been sorting through their budget reconciliation issues and trade officials are going over the EU proposal for WTO agriculture talks. Usually the week ends on a quiet, slow note — but that’s not true at all today!
