A crop that requires a lot of rotation 

Throughout the week we’ve been learning more about how horseradish is used, raised, and harvested. The condiment is easily sourced in the grocery store.  But it requires a lot of attention to raise.  

Dennis Heepke, a horseradish farmer from southern Illinois says horseradish is typically grown on a small segment of a larger farm.
