Making meals at home doesn’t have to be time consuming.  Here’s a recipe using lean ground pork – pair it with a  fresh salad and you’ve got a healthy meal.  Charlyn Fargo is Registered Dietitian with HyVee in Springfield, Illinois.  She  uses ground pork that’s 93 percent lean and 7 percent fat for her Slow Cooker Taco Soup recipe that’s easy to make and low fat.
