Simplified labels for pork and beef

Consumers asked for it and they’ll be getting it – simplified and more uniform price labels on beef and pork.  Patrick Fleming, Director of Marketing is with the National Pork Board says they made the changes based on lots of input from consumers. One of the components of the new recommended labels are cooking tips for the cuts of beef and pork you are buying at the store.
