An equine science degree from SEMO

So just where can you go with an equine science degree from Southeast Missouri State University?

Last week, Beth Uelsmann Figueroa, an equine instructor at Southeast Missouri State talked about providing students with hands-on opportunities at her family’s horse farm. Figueroa says that hands-on approach can lead to opportunities in the equine industry, everything from pharmaceuticals to managing a barn. Figueroa also finds internships are valuable for those in the equine science program.
