Hope is not a good marketing strategy

Richard Plackemeier with CHS Hedging in Kansas City says because of supply and demand factors around the world, he’s not as upbeat as he’s been in previous years. In the near term, Plackemeier says, he’s not seeing any real marketing opportunities and for some farmers, time is going to run out and a marketing strategy may go out the window.
