Production adds pressure to beef prices

Beef production is projected to increase through the end of the year.  Jim Mintert, with Purdue’s Center for Commerical Agriculture, says that isn’t good news for beef prices.

But, as he tells Brownfield there are other factors that will be important to beef profitability this year.
