There’s still profit potential in the US pork industry

The pork industry’s daily slaughter totals keep inching higher.  And University of Missouri livestock economist Scott Brown says those daily totals will likely continue to hit record totals until the end of the year.

In this Managing for Profit, Brown says despite growing pork supplies and record slaughter totals there’s still an opportunity for profits.
