More and more large livestock operations are using third-party video surveillance to improve efforts to monitor animal welfare.

One of the companies offering this service is Iowa-based Praedium Ventures. At the recent National Association of Farm Broadcasting meeting in Kansas City, we visited with CEO Earl Dotson about their video monitoring and online training services.
