Milk futures, cash dairy mixed mostly lower

Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange ended the day generally lower pressured by mostly negative cash trade.

April Class III milk down 24 cents at $19.52. May 44 cents lower at $18.58. June up 28 cents at $18.95. July 25 cents lower at $18.35. August through October contracts two to nine cents lower.

Dry whey unchanged at $0.4450.

Blocks down $0.0675 at $2.0325.

Barrels down $0.0125 at $1.95.

Butter up $0.0250 at $2.37. Seven sales were made from $2.37 to $2.3825.

Nonfat dry milk unchanged at $1.15.
