Milk futures lower, cash dairy mixed

Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange closed lower Wednesday as increased dairy product numbers caught up with markets at midweek.  

November Class III milk down seven cents at $20.23.  December down 12 cents at $19.64.  January eight cents lower at $18.07.  February down four cents at $17.22.  March through June contracts three cents lower to unchanged.

Dry whey unchanged at $0.2775. 

Blocks down $0.01 at $2.15.  Three trades were made ranging from $2.15 to $2.1575.

Barrels up $0.0150 at $2.39. 

Butter down $0.0075 at $2.0550. 

Nonfat dry milk up $0.0125 at $1.12050.  One trade was at that price.
