Brock Vetick – Agricultural Research – Integrated Systems Proficiency
Brock Vetick, a member of the Lyons-Decatur Northeast FFA Chapter in Nebraska, started a research project on soil erosion and crop residue management in the ninth grade.
He has continued his research in a lab at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
He says he has learned a lot of lab skills, but he’s also learned how to communicate his research to a wider audience and how to network with peers.
His FFA advisor is Kevin Anderson.
