Heiman receiving Cheese Maker’s honor

A Wisconsin cheesemaker is receiving top honors from the Wisconsin Cheese Maker’s Association.  Ken Heiman is the 85^th Life Member Award winner in the award’s 98-year history.  Heiman receives the award during its annual conference April 13^th.

Heiman has been a licensed cheesemaker for 48 years, and a Master Cheesemaker for the past decade.  He also played a large role in the growth of Nasonville Dairy in central Wisconsin.
