Iowa farmer sees benefits from ISA’s On-Farm Network

shirbroun-suzanne-isa-picSuzanne Shirbroun and her husband farm in northeast Iowa, near the town of Farmersburg in Clayton County. The Shirbrouns participate in the Iowa Soybean Association’s on-farm research program (On-Farm Network) and Suzanne says it’s really paid off for them.  For example, she says they are saving almost ten dollars per acre thanks to their participation in On-Farm Network soybean planting population studies.

In this interview with Brownfield at the 2016 Farm Progress Show, Suzanne discusses their farming operation and also talks about their experiences as 4-H crop scouting coaches.
