John Deere adding new large-frame 6R tractor models in 2027

John Deere is bringing more options to it’s 6 Series tractor.

Deere go to market manager Anne Anderson says new models in the large and extra large frame 6R

are coming in 2027.

“A lot of times we measure that by wheel base, so our large frame is 110-inch and our extra large frame wheel base is 114-inches.”

Speaking to Brownfield at the 2026 Farm Progress Show near Boone, Iowa earlier this month, she said the 6 Series is still a good tractor for livestock operations and mowing, baling and feeding.

“But can also have more power to be able to do any row crop applications that you have.”
