Nebraska corn rated 61 percent good-to-excellent, soybeans 58 percent

Another week of moisture is helping Nebraska crops mature and improve drought conditions.

The USDA says 61 percent of corn is rated good-to-excellent with 21 percent dented.

Soybeans are rated 58 percent-to-excellent with 76 percent setting pods.

Winter wheat harvest has wrapped up.

Pasture and range conditions are rated 62 percent good-to-excellent.

Topsoil moisture 30 percent adequate and subsoil moisture is 52 percent good-to-excellent.
