Wisconsin FFA speaking contest winners
A busy day at the Wisconsin State FFA Convention on Tuesday: the Mayville FFA won the state Parliamentary Procedure Contest: Stevens Point won the Junior High Quiz Bowl: Emily Kruse of the Elkhorn FFA won the Creed Speaking Contest; Ashley Zimmerman of the Spencer FFA won the Prepared Speaking Contest; Trent Dado of the Amery FFA won the Extemporaneous Speaking Contest and Abigail Martin of the Milton FFA won the Discussion Meet.
Aurora Daniels of the Juda FFA won the GROWMARK Essay Contest and Katie Sievert of the Bonduel FFA won the Junior High Essay Contest.
The convention continues today with the presentation of a number of awards including the Wisconsin Stars and the naming of the new state officers this evening. The 85th annual convention wraps-up Thursday morning with the top chapter awards and the announcement of the new state president.
