Biofuels leaders discuss EPA’s choice on RFS

During a Tuesday morning conference call with the news media, leaders from America’s renewable fuels industry discussed the proposed Renewable Fuels Standard (RFS) rules that are scheduled to be released next month and responded to a letter recently sent to EPA by the American Petroleum Institute (API) and American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM).

Participating in the conference call were Bob Dinneen, president and CEO of the Renewable Fuels Association, and Brooke Coleman, executive director of the Advanced Ethanol Council. They also announced a new media campaign designed to increase the pressure on the Obama administration regarding the RFS.
