When Sandy Ludeman of Minnesota looks back at his time as chairman of the United Soybean Board projects like new uses and soy biodiesel were just beginning to be looked at. But when asked what gives him the most satisfaction during his time as chairman, it’s not just one soybean checkoff funded project that Ludeman points to, rather it’s the organization that has grown from the work done early on.
