Ag lenders discuss ag economy, issues
At the Nebraska Bankers Association (NBA) booth at Husker Harvest Days, we talked to NBA chair John Stinner with Valley Bank and Trust of Gering and vice-chair Craig Brewster with Butte State Bank of Butte. We asked them about the state of the ag economy in their respective areas of the state and discussed issues of importance to both ag lenders and their farmer-customers, including crop insurance.
