Challenges, opportunities for meat exports

Meat exports have had pretty smooth sailing for quite some time. But some new challenges have arisen in recent weeks, including the West Coast port slowdown and the strengthening U.S. dollar.  At the Cattle Industry Convention in San Antonio, we discussed those challenges, as well as opportunities, with Phil Seng, president and CEO of the U.S. Meat Export Federation.
