Regions Bank reaches out to farm customers

The need to reach farm customers resulted in Paul Antone being at the Farm Progress Show. The Regions Bank commercial relationship manager was talking to farmers about the importance of insuring their planted investments.

“There’s never been a wider range in yields,” Antone told Brownfield, referring to what he was hearing about what has been harvested so far. He pointed out that there are robust pricing opportunities, “but if you don’t have anything to sell, it makes it tough, so filling that gap with your crop insurance claims that are going to be out there is huge.”

Regions also offers financing for entire farming operations, said Antone, including operating lines of credit, working capital loans, farm real estate loans and equipment loans.
