Soil Health Summit addresses questions about feeding the world

The Soil Health Summit, held January 15-16 in St. Louis, was opened by Soil Health Partnership Executive Director Dr. Shefali Mehta, speaking about her vision for the National Corn Growers Association initiative. “How do we feed a growing population in the face of increasing stresses on our resources and on our land?” is the question Mehta posed to the audience. Subsequent speakers and presenters addressed that issue through the next 24 hours.
