Soybean Board promotes biodiesel, livestock

One of our favorite stops at Husker Harvest Days is the Commodities Building, which houses the booths of all of the commodity organizations in Nebraska. While we there, we visited with a couple of members of the Nebraska Soybean Board, Ron Pavelka of Glenvil and Terry Horky of Sargent. We talked about the soybean checkoff’s support of the biodiesel and livestock industries and also discussed the Nebraska Soybean Board’s recent endowment of soybean research at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
