Urban wheat field experience heading to D.C.

The Nebraska Wheat Board and Nebraska Wheat Growers Association will be participating in the Wheat Council’s Urban Wheat Field experience in Washington, D.C. on September 23^rd and 24^th.  In an interview with Brownfield at Husker Harvest Days, Nebraska Wheat Board executive director Royce Schaneman said it will be a great opportunity to present the wheat farmer’s story to members of Congress and their staff, as well as other “influencers” in the nation’s capital.
