Water stopped to much of Central Valley
For the first time in more than 50 years, the federal government is not delivering water to most Central Valley irrigation districts in drought-stricken California. There is not enough water from the Sierra Nevada region to go around and that’s a blow to pistachio and citrus growers where only the government’s canals and rain feed those crops. There is not enough of either. The Los Angeles Times reports that there is enough water for drinking in the Terra Bella region where six-thousand people live – most of whom are immigrant farmworkers.
More than 60-percent of California’s developed water supply has come from the Sierra Nevada region. More than 230 crops are grown in the Central Valley which typically produces 8-percent of the U.S. agricultural output by value.

Govt control of water means govt control of food supply and in turn control of the population. EPA proposed Clean Water regulations will control all water and make everyone beholden to the govt.
