Brownfield Ag Weather Today

Mild, tranquil weather will continue across much of the country for the remainder of the week, with record-setting warmth expected to continue across portions of the High Plains.  East of the Rockies, only a fast-moving disturbance will interrupt the quiet pattern; that system will generate rain and snow showers while diving from the Great Lakes region on Tuesday to the middle Atlantic Coast by mid-week.  West of the Rockies, however, increasingly stormy weather will prevail, starting Tuesday night and early Wednesday along the northern Pacific Coast.  By Wednesday night and Thursday, heavy precipitation will shift southward into California.  Late in the week, showers will push as far inland as the Rockies, as well as the southern Plains.
